About Rent Lubbock. This small company was established in 2006 by independent small business owners, Michael Burk and Jonathan Mitchum. Their own difficulty in locating a vacancy brought them to the realization of the need in Lubbock to produce a site that would allow both rental investors and applicants a one-stop location to make both advertising and searching rental properties easier.
